Mehmet Sertgil
Founder and General Manager
A graduate of Bogazici University, Mehmet Sertgil began working in the telecommunications industry in 1997 at Turkcell.He acquired experience in many areas during Turkcell's rapid institutionalization until 2001. He left Turkcell in 2001 from his post as a Corporate Sales Coordinator, and joined the founding team at Aria. Sertgil served at Aria and the subsequently formed Avea, where he founded and managed the Corporate Sales Department. He established his first company, a Turkcell solution partner in 2005, to better share with customers experiences accumulated at two different operators over an eight-year period. He sold this company to Turkcell in 2006, and founded CODEC in August 2006, which he is still owns. Actively a part of the telecommunications industry since 1997, Sertgil always seeks to bring added value to the industry. He is a board member of Mobile Marketing Association Turkey since 2009.
Kerem Moral
Assistant General Manager of Sales
After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree in Business Administration at Yildiz University, Kerem Moral began working in the telecommunications industry in 2000 at Telsim. Moral stayed at Telsim until 2002, then joined Aria and the subsequently formed Avea in 2002, where served as unit chief in the Corporate Sales Department.He worked at Vodafone from 2006 to 2008 as a Corporate Sales Director, and joined Codec in September 2008.
